Milly Alcock appeared at CinemaCon in Las Vegas wearing a custom Chanel outfit that mixes high fashion with clear superhero inspiration. The look comes as she prepares to step into the role of Supergirl in the DC Universe, according to coverage from the event.

Her outfit centered on a bright royal blue Chanel sweater featuring a bold crest design on the chest. Instead of the usual superhero emblem, the piece reimagined the symbol with Chanel’s interlocking “CC” logo in red and yellow. The design created a blend of comic book style and luxury fashion branding.

She paired the statement sweater with relaxed light-wash wide-leg jeans, giving the outfit a more casual feel. To finish the look, she wore black and cream pointed-toe heels that added a sharper, more polished edge.

Her hair was styled in soft blonde waves with strands framing her face. A small circular tattoo on her inner arm was also visible, adding a subtle personal detail to the appearance.

The outfit was chosen as a nod to her upcoming role in the DC film “Supergirl.” The project marks a major step in her career as she moves deeper into big-budget franchise roles.

Alcock first rose to wide attention through her performance as young Rhaenyra Targaryen in “House of the Dragon.” That role helped establish her as one of the standout new faces in television before she moved into larger film and franchise work.

She has spoken in past interviews about how intense rapid fame felt early in her career. She once said, “I was so s***-scared that my life was over at 22,” reflecting on the pressure she experienced after her breakout success. She later added, “And, of course, it wasn’t.”

She also described her decision to join the DC project, saying, “I kind of bullied myself into it,” explaining that she pushed past hesitation to take on the role.

DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has praised her casting, saying, “Milly Alcock might be the best bit of casting I’ve done in my entire life.” He also noted that her version of Supergirl will differ from earlier portrayals.

The upcoming film is based on the comic series “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow” and is expected to take a more emotional and grounded approach. It is scheduled for release in 2026 and will place Alcock at the center of a major new chapter in the DC film universe.

Alongside blockbuster projects, she is also working on smaller roles in independent and genre films, showing a shift between big franchise work and more experimental acting choices.

Her CinemaCon appearance reflects that transition clearly, combining fashion influence with her growing identity as a leading figure in the DC universe.
