New ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 2 Promo Drops
New promo for the second season of Daredevil: Born Again has finally dropped, giving fans a glimpse of the blind vigilante Matt Murdock back in action. The series, part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, follows Murdock as he forms a resistance to take on Wilson Fisk, the mayor of New York City, and his Anti-Vigilante Task Force (AVTF).
Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock, continuing his role from Marvel’s Netflix Daredevil series and previous Marvel Studios appearances.
Vincent D’Onofrio also comes back as Wilson Fisk, now wielding the power of the mayor’s office. “Fisk acts like a king when he takes over as mayor,” said executive producer Brad Winderbaum, adding that Murdock will face new challenges as he confronts the city’s power structure.

The second season brings back many familiar faces, including Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, who teams up with Murdock in his underground fight against Fisk. Showrunner Dario Scardapane said of Karen, “Somebody who both mirrors and pushes Murdock—not always in the best way.”
Other returning characters include Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Elden Henson, Wilson Bethel, and Krysten Ritter, who joins as Jessica Jones. Ritter said it felt natural to jump back into the role, and Cox described her as “an antihero with mutual respect for Murdock.”
The season will explore new sides of characters like Bullseye, with Wilson Bethel teasing fans about “fun, insane stuff” ahead. The storyline also introduces fresh faces including Matthew Lillard, Lili Taylor, and Camila Rodriguez. Scardapane and directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, along with other directors Solvan Naim, Angela Barnes, and Iain B. MacDonald, filmed the series in New York from February to July 2025.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on March 24, as part of Phase Six of the MCU. The season has eight episodes, following the decision to split the original 18-episode plan into two separate seasons.
The new promo sets the tone for the season, highlighting high-stakes action and tense confrontations between Murdock and Fisk. Fans can expect Murdock to take risks and gather allies in a city that is more dangerous than ever. “Murdock is going up against the power of the city,” Winderbaum added.
This season promises to balance the classic Daredevil vigilante action with new twists, as familiar characters evolve and new players shake up the game. The promo alone has sparked excitement online, and fans are already speculating about alliances, betrayals, and the return of other MCU characters.
