New Supergirl Costume Revealed Via ‘Woman of Tomorrow’ Set Leaks

Fans finally got their first look at Milly Alcock’s new Supergirl costume! A behind-the-scenes photo from the upcoming Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow movie has appeared online, showing Alcock in her superhero outfit for the first time.

The image was shared by @UnBoxPHDFILM and shows Alcock as Kara Zor-El standing on what looks like a military or armored truck. Even though the photo is from the back and side, you can still see some important costume details.

Alcock’s Supergirl suit has:

• Long blue sleeves
• A wide gold belt
• A red skirt
• Red boots
• A short red cape (which may be made longer later with CGI)

This is a big moment for fans who have been waiting to see how the new DC Universe would bring Supergirl to life.

The image is extremely low quality but it kind of appears like Lobo is standing next to Supergirl.

Until now, most of the movie’s filming has been done inside studios or in secret locations. That’s why we haven’t seen many pictures from the set. But now that Milly Alcock is filming outside, in public areas, more photos and even videos might start to show up online.

This also means we may get to see other characters from the movie soon, not just Supergirl. As they continue filming in real-world locations, it will be easier for fans and photographers to catch glimpses of the action.

Filming for Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow started in January 2025 at Warner Bros. Studios in England. Some scenes will also be shot in Iceland. The movie is expected to keep filming until May.

James Gunn and Peter Safran, the heads of the new DC Universe, said the movie was halfway finished at the end of February. So there’s still a lot more to come.

It’s not clear yet if we’ll get an official photo of Supergirl’s costume from DC or James Gunn. But for now, fans are excited to finally see Milly Alcock in her superhero gear.
