Noah Centineo Suits Up as Ken Masters in New Street Fighter Behind-the-Scenes Footage
The upcoming Street Fighter movie is starting to take shape, and fans just got a fresh look behind the scenes. Actor Andrew Schulz, who plays Dan Hibiki, posted a short video on Instagram showing Callina Liang as Chun-Li and Noah Centineo dressed as Ken Masters.
Centineo’s look matches the more modern version of Ken seen in recent games, while Liang’s Chun-Li costume leans closer to her classic design with her trademark hairstyle and outfit details.
Even though it was only a quick glimpse, the video has already caught attention online and sparked a lot of excitement.
The film is being directed by Kitao Sakurai and written by Dalan Musson. It will serve as a new reboot for the long-running series and is scheduled to be released by Paramount Pictures on October 16, 2026.

Set in 1993, the story follows Ryu and Ken, who have been separated but are pulled back into the fight when Chun-Li recruits them for the World Warrior Tournament. According to Paramount Pictures, “Estranged Street Fighters Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) are thrown back into combat when the mysterious Chun-Li (Callina Liang) recruits them for the next World Warrior Tournament: a brutal clash of fists, fate, and fury.”
“But behind this battle royale lies a deadly conspiracy that forces them to face off against each other and the demons of their past. And if they don’t, it’s GAME OVER!”
The movie features a large cast that includes Andrew Koji as Ryu, Noah Centineo as Ken, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, Roman Reigns, Jason Momoa, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, David Dastmalchian, Cody Rhodes, Orville Peck, Eric André, Vidyut Jammwal, and Schulz himself. Filming started in August.
Street Fighter has had live-action adaptations before, but this film is aiming to give the franchise a fresh start on the big screen. Legendary Entertainment secured the rights in 2023, and Capcom is helping produce the project.
