Paul W. Downs and Megan Stalter Cosplay as Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner at Critics Choice Awards 2026
At the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, Paul W. Downs and Megan Stalter stole the show with a playful twist on celebrity fashion.
The pair arrived at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday, January 4, dressed to mimic Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner.
The duo recreated the bright orange Chrome Hearts outfits that Chalamet, 30, and Jenner, 28, had worn at the Los Angeles premiere of Marty Supreme in December 2025. Downs, 43, wore an orange dress shirt with silver buttons and a leather blazer.
He added a black Chrome Hearts ping-pong paddle over his shoulder and finished the look with matching orange boots. Stalter, 35, donned a similar dress to Jenner’s, featuring a bra top with side cutouts and a high slit. She accessorized with a large silver cross necklace and a delicate bracelet, closely echoing Jenner’s bodycon skirt look.

Downs was also in the running for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as Jimmy LuSaque Jr. in Hacks. However, the award went to Ike Barinholtz for The Studio. Hacks was nominated for Best Comedy Series, which ultimately went to The Studio. Downs’ co-star Jean Smart won Best Actress in a Comedy Series, while Hannah Einbinder was nominated for Best Supporting Actress, with Janelle James taking home that award for Abbott Elementary.

Neither Chalamet nor Jenner attended the red carpet, but they were photographed together inside the venue, adding an ironic twist to the duo’s homage.
