Pedro Pascal Hits the Gym Hard with Intense Weightlifting Session Before New Year
Pedro Pascal was spotted at the gym in Los Angeles on Monday, December 29, getting in a workout ahead of the New Year.
The 50-year-old actor, known for his role as Reed Richards / Mister Fantastic in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Fantastic Four: First Steps, was seen lifting weights in a gray graphic T-shirt and blue sweatpants. After finishing his session, Pascal carried his glasses back to his car.

2025 was a busy year for Pascal. He starred in Celine Song’s romantic comedy Materialists and Ari Aster’s neo-Western thriller Eddington.
He also took on the major MCU role of Reed Richards, which he is set to reprise in the upcoming sequels Avengers: Doomsday (2026) and Avengers: Secret Wars (2027). Fans will also see him return as the voice of Din Djarin in the Star Wars film The Mandalorian & Grogu (2026).
He is set to star in Todd Haynes’ film De Noche, a 1930s-set romance about two men fleeing Los Angeles for Mexico. His casting helped revive the production, which had been stalled.
In addition, Pascal is leading the thriller Behemoth!, written and directed by Tony Gilroy, about a child prodigy cellist returning to Hollywood and confronting past traumas. The film is being produced by Searchlight Pictures.
Pedro Pascal seems committed to balancing his professional workload with personal fitness. Seeing him dedicated to workouts ahead of a busy year shows his preparation both on and off screen.
