‘Reacher’ Star Alan Ritchson Takes Aim at “Rapists in Politics,” Says He’d Release Epstein Files “In Two Seconds”

Alan Ritchson has never been known as someone who stays quiet, and his latest appearance proves that once again. The “Reacher” star became very outspoken about politics, government transparency and accountability during his appearance on Josh Horowitz’s “Happy Sad Confused” podcast.

During the conversation, Ritchson strongly criticized the lack of public access to the Epstein files and questioned why the information has not been fully released. The actor made it clear that he believes anyone involved in serious crimes should face consequences, regardless of their position or influence.

While discussing the controversy, Ritchson became visibly frustrated and said, “The fucking Epstein files! God damn it! Where are they? It’s a fucking law, bitch. Show it, you fucking pedophiles.”

The actor later explained why he was comfortable using strong language despite being a Christian. “I shouldn’t say ‘fuck’ because I’m a Christian, and people are gonna go, ‘How can he say fuck and he’s a Christian?’ Because that is something that should make you want to say ‘fuck,’” he said.

Ritchson continued his criticism by comparing his reaction to the way his character Jack Reacher approaches problems. He said that if he had the power to release the files, he would do it immediately so people could be held responsible.

“This is my fucking politics, dude: I would fucking railroad these fuckers. I would get those Epstein files out in two seconds. Fucking move out of the way. Like, get out of there. I don’t care what room they’re in. Bitch, move. Give me the fucking manila envelope. I will get you the Epstein files,” Ritchson said.

He added that the public deserves answers and questioned why people are not demanding more transparency. “Don’t you want to see what’s in there so that we can hold people accountable? These fucking rapists! We’re just cool with it?” he said.

The actor also made comments about powerful figures without directly naming anyone. Ritchson expressed anger over the idea that someone accused of serious crimes could hold a position of influence and suggested that anyone involved in such actions should face legal consequences.

Before his political comments, Ritchson joked that his publicist was probably nervous about what he might say during the interview. He explained that he does not feel pressured to stay silent like some other actors and believes people should speak up when they care about important issues.

“Everybody is scared around me for what I’m going to say,” Ritchson said, adding that he does not see himself as a reckless person. Instead, he said he is simply expressing concerns that many people share.

The “Reacher” star also spoke about his friendship with Arnold Schwarzenegger and revealed that the former California governor has encouraged him to consider entering politics someday. However, Ritchson said he is not ready to leave acting behind yet.

He explained that he may consider a political future if he reaches a point where he has enough resources and influence to create meaningful change. Ritchson said he cares deeply about helping people who are often ignored or forgotten.

“I care deeply about the outliers, the maligned people who have very difficult lives, people who are forgotten and overlooked and unwanted and unloved. I care deeply about making the world more fair and free for those people,” he said.

Ritchson’s comments have sparked discussion online, with fans debating his willingness to speak openly about controversial topics and his possible future beyond Hollywood.
