Samara Weaving returns as Grace, the survivor who escaped the deadly Le Domas family years earlier. This time, the story pulls her back into another dangerous game, and the trailer shows that the stakes are even higher. The movie also expands its cast with Kathryn Newton, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, Elijah Wood, David Cronenberg, Olivia Cheng, Néstor Carbonell, and Kevin Durand.
Searchlight Pictures previously revealed that the sequel has been in the works since late 2024, with directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett back behind the camera. Writers Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy also returned for the new script. Production took place in Toronto and wrapped this year, according to the studio.

The film follows Grace and a new set of characters tied to another wealthy and dangerous family. While story details remain under wraps, the new footage shows fast-paced action, violent traps, and the same twisted humor fans expect.
The studio has confirmed that Ready or Not 2: Here I Come will open in theaters on April 10, 2026.
