Spider-Man: Brand New Day fans have finally gotten their best look yet at Tombstone’s MCU appearance. A newly revealed action figure has shown off Marvin Jones III’s version of the famous Spider-Man villain, giving fans a closer idea of what the character could look like when he arrives in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The reveal came from Blokees, which introduced a new collection of Spider-Man: Brand New Day figures. According to MCU Film News, the lineup includes a figure based on Tombstone, showing the character wearing a sharp red suit and carrying two large guns. Since the villain has not appeared in any of the movie’s trailers so far, the figure gives fans their first major glimpse at his live-action design.

The new look appears to stay close to Tombstone’s comic book roots. The character, whose real name is Lonnie Lincoln, is known as a powerful crime boss in Spider-Man’s world. The figure shows him with a classic gangster style, suggesting Marvel Studios may be taking a more grounded approach with the villain.

This is not the first time merchandise has revealed details about Tombstone’s MCU design. LEGO previously showed a similar version of the character through its Spider-Man Prison Transport Chase set. Both figures feature Tombstone using large dual-wielded weapons, hinting that the guns could play an important role in his appearance in Brand New Day.

While fans are still waiting for Marvel Studios to officially reveal Tombstone in live action, the toy designs suggest the character will look much closer to his comic version than some previous adaptations.

Marvin Jones III is also familiar with the character. Before joining the MCU, the actor voiced Tombstone in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. He is also expected to return as the animated version of the villain in Beyond the Spider-Verse, meaning audiences will soon see two different versions of Tombstone from the same actor.

The two versions are expected to be very different. The animated version has a more extreme and intimidating appearance, while the MCU version seems to have a more realistic crime boss style.

Tombstone has appeared in several other Spider-Man projects over the years. In Insomniac Games’ Spider-Man video game, he was portrayed as a dangerous criminal and biker gang leader who used a special substance that made him resistant to pain. The character also appeared in Spider-Noir, where Abraham Popoola played a different version of Lonnie Lincoln.

The villain will also return in Season 2 of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. That animated series features a younger version of Lonnie Lincoln, who is still developing into the criminal figure fans know from the comics.

With Spider-Man: Brand New Day bringing together several major characters, Tombstone’s role remains one of the biggest mysteries. The movie already features a large lineup, including Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, Jon Bernthal’s Punisher, and Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk.

Some reports suggest Tombstone may not be the main villain of the film but could instead be a bigger threat being built for future Spider-Man stories. According to speculation from The Cosmic Circus’ Alex Perez, Tombstone could have a larger role across the next Spider-Man trilogy, similar to how major villains were slowly developed in previous Marvel projects.

For now, fans will have to wait for Marvel’s official reveal. However, this new figure has given audiences their clearest look yet at one of Spider-Man’s most dangerous enemies coming to the MCU.
