‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ Sneak Peek Finally Lands — Here’s When the Full Trailer Drops!

The first look at Spider-Man: Brand New Day is finally here, and fans are already trying to piece it together. Sony released early footage from the trailer on March 17, but instead of dropping it all at once, the studio is doing something different this time. Short clips are being shared online by fans from different countries before the full trailer arrives on March 18.

Tom Holland introduced the idea on Instagram and asked viewers to “follow along” as these clips are revealed throughout the day. The first snippet came from a fan account, showing Spider-Man striking a pose that looks inspired by a classic comic cover from Amazing Fantasy #15, created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

Another short clip gives a quick look at Peter Parker in rough shape, falling to the ground. This moment had not been seen in earlier leaked footage, which has made fans even more curious about the story. More clips are expected to appear online before the full trailer is officially released in New York.

The movie takes place four years after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. After the spell that erased Peter Parker from everyone’s memory, he now lives in the shadows while continuing to protect New York City as Spider-Man. Things seem under control at first, but a new set of crimes leads him into a bigger and more dangerous mystery. He also has to deal with the impact of his past choices.

The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, with a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. Alongside Holland, the cast includes Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo, Sadie Sink, Florence Pugh, and more. There are also reports that Charlie Cox could return as Daredevil.

Production on the film began in 2025, with filming taking place in Glasgow and other parts of the UK, before wrapping later that year. The movie is set to hit theaters on July 31, as part of the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
