Star Wars: Visions Volume 3 Drops Exciting New Look Ahead of Release

Star Wars: Visions is returning with its third volume, and fans are getting a fresh look ahead of its release.

The animated anthology series, produced by Lucasfilm for Disney+, features original short films set in or inspired by the Star Wars universe. Each episode tells its own story, with different studios bringing unique styles to the series.

Volume 3 of Star Wars: Visions will premiere on Disney+ on October 29. This season includes nine new shorts created by a mix of returning Japanese anime studios and new ones, returning to the anime-focused roots of the first volume.

The titles of the upcoming shorts were revealed at Celebration Japan on April 19, after the season was initially announced on November 20, 2024.

Star Wars: Visions Volume 3 promises to deliver a mix of action, drama, and stunning animation, keeping true to the spirit of the Star Wars universe while exploring new stories through anime.
