Paris Fashion Week has reached its busiest stretch, and the front rows are full of familiar faces. The Spring/Summer 2027 season in Paris includes 68 shows and 34 presentations and runs until Oct. 6, when it closes with Louis Vuitton. Among the actors making the rounds, Milly Alcock has turned up at one of the week’s most anticipated shows.

Alcock has built a visible relationship with fashion since her ‘House of the Dragon’ breakout. She attended Loewe’s Spring/Summer 2026 show during Paris Fashion Week last October, and Balenciaga has been a recurring part of her wardrobe in 2026. The house is led by artistic director Pierpaolo Piccioli, who was appointed in May 2025, took over in July of that year and debuted with the Spring 2026 collection.

On Oct. 1, Balenciaga held its show by invitation at 2 p.m. in Paris, with a livestream for viewers at home. The images show a deliberately casual take on show-day dressing. She wore a dark zip-neck pullover with relaxed wide-leg jeans, flat shoes and sunglasses, carrying a slouchy brown leather bag with tassel details.

Her blond hair was worn loose and tousled, with a thin braid framing her face, and she added a chunky cluster ring on one hand. It was a laid-back counterpoint to the runway drama inside the venue. The outfit leaned on texture and proportion rather than statement pieces.

That understated approach is a notable shift from the last time Alcock wore the label. For the New York premiere of ‘Supergirl’ on June 22, she wore a look from Balenciaga’s Spring 2026 collection, a monochrome black outfit with a strapless structured bodice and a bubble peplum. She added black trousers, leathery coordinated gloves, Duchesse pumps and cascading diamond earrings by Jacob & Co.

Her stylist for the ‘Supergirl’ tour was Felicity Kay, and the premiere look was widely described as channeling a dark punk sensibility. Red Carpet Fashion Awards noted that her press tour evolved from youthful tailoring to dramatic red-carpet dressing, with the Balenciaga outfit serving as a finale. By comparison, the Paris show look reads as an off-duty version of the same wardrobe world.

‘Supergirl’ arrived in theaters on June 26 and reached a mixed reception. The film received mixed reviews and underperformed at the box office, grossing $126.4 million against a production budget of $170 million to $186 million, while critics largely praised Alcock’s performance. In its opening weekend, it earned $37.1 million in North America and $62.6 million globally, per Variety.

The reviews for Alcock herself were far stronger than the box office. One Hollywood Reporter column called her the winner of the situation, noting that nearly every review described her as terrific and fun as Kara Zor-El. She is set to reprise the role in the upcoming film ‘Man of Tomorrow’.

The week around her has been packed. On Tuesday, Jonathan Anderson’s Dior show drew Rosalía, Jennifer Lawrence, Anya Taylor-Joy, Cynthia Erivo, Greta Lee, Eileen Gu and Mia Goth. Wednesday brought shows from The Row, Balmain, Dries Van Noten, Stella McCartney, Acne Studios and Tom Ford, and the calendar continues with Chloé, Schiaparelli, Loewe, Givenchy, Miu Miu, Valentino, Chanel and more.

Balenciaga remains one of the most closely watched houses on the schedule. Its front rows have regularly drawn stars, and Piccioli’s tenure has sharpened attention on how celebrities dress for the label. Alcock’s relaxed arrival fits a trend of guests treating show day as a chance to show personal style rather than a full runway look.

For fans, the photos are a quick glimpse of an actress balancing fashion-world visibility with a busy film career. With more Paris shows ahead, more sightings are likely. Whether she turns up in something more dramatic remains to be seen.
