Superman Day Surprise: New Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Man of Steel Released by Warner Bros.

In celebration of Superman Day, Warner Bros. has given fans a special treat — a brand-new behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming Superman film. The exclusive footage offers a glimpse into the making of the highly anticipated reboot, showcasing cast moments, action sequences, and director James Gunn’s vision for bringing the iconic hero back to the big screen.
It’s a thrilling peek behind the cape that has fans even more excited for the Man of Steel’s return.
The footage shows set in Adventdalen valley in Svalbard, Norway, where scenes involving the Fortress of Solitude have been filmed.
Behind the scenes clip also features James Gunn discussing how he finally nailed the Superman vision, a couple of words from Peter Safran, co-CEO of DC Studios, Rachel Brosnahan, David Corenswet, Nicholas Hoult, Nathan Fillion, Frank Grillo, and Edi Gathegi.
Superman is scheduled to be released theatrically on July 11, 2025. It is set to be the first film of the DCU’s Chapter One: Gods and Monsters.
