Sweeney’s rise in the fashion world comes alongside a booming career in film. She recently starred in the psychological thriller The Housemaid, directed by Paul Feig, which became a box office hit earning over $350 million.

The rest of 2026 is shaping up to be packed for Sweeney. She will star in the live-action Netflix film Gundam with Noah Centineo, marking her first big sci-fi action role. On top of that, she will play Old Hollywood icon Kim Novak in the romantic drama Scandalous! directed by Colman Domingo. Fans can also look forward to her return as Cassie Howard in the third season of Euphoria, which is set to premiere later this year.
