Constantine (Franchise)

DC Studios has hired Francis Galluppi, the writer and director of the upcoming ‘Evil Dead Wrath’, to write a new John Constantine movie, according to Deadline. The project is in very early development, with no director, cast or release date attached, and DC has declined to comment. It’s unclear whether it ties into James Gunn and Peter Safran’s DC Universe, or what it means for the long-discussed Keanu Reeves sequel, ‘Constantine 2’.
