Elsbeth (TV series)

Elsbeth is a CBS police procedural comedy-drama and spin-off of *The Good Wife* and *The Good Fight*, starring Carrie Preston as unconventional attorney Elsbeth Tascioni, who becomes a de facto detective with the NYPD. The series uses a “howcatchem” format inspired by *Columbo*, showing viewers the killer and crime upfront before focusing on how Elsbeth figures out who committed it and brings them to justice. After three successful seasons, *Elsbeth* was renewed for Season 4, which is set to premiere on October 8, 2026.
