Hailey Rhode Bieber, born Hailey Baldwin in 1996, is an American model, media personality, socialite, and businesswoman. She founded Rhode, a skincare brand where she serves as chief creative officer, which was acquired by e.l.f. in a $1 billion deal. As a model, she has worked with major brands including Guess, Ralph Lauren, and Tommy Hilfiger, and was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2023.
