Karōshi (film)

‘Karōshi’ is an action thriller set in a near-future Manhattan where corporate loyalty and cultural tradition shape daily life, following a mysterious outsider who infiltrates a powerful company after a worker’s death and exposes the violent system beneath it. Written and directed by Takashi Doscher and produced by ‘John Wick’ director Chad Stahelski, it stars Teo Yoo, Isabel May, Takehiro Hira, Giancarlo Esposito and Cynthia Erivo, and its trailer mixes samurai-style blade combat with corporate brutality. Lionsgate releases it in theaters on February 5, 2027.
