Kill Current (Film)

‘Kill Current’ is an action thriller adaptation starring Keanu Reeves as Jon Hendricks, a burned-out CIA officer who gets pulled back into the field to avenge the protégé he trained and lost, in a globe-spanning story about shifting alliances and the race for the world’s most valuable assets. The film is based on the first novel in a planned thriller series by author Oliver Lowe, which won’t even be published by Zando until May 2027, with The Arena financing and producing the adaptation well ahead of the book’s release. Reeves also produces through his newly launched company Two Dragonflies, co-founded with Alexandra Grant, marking the studio’s very first project.
