Ray Gunn (Film)

‘Ray Gunn’ is an upcoming animated neo-noir science fiction mystery film directed by Brad Bird, who co-wrote the movie with Matthew Robbins based on Bird’s original story. Produced by Skydance Animation, the film follows Ray Gunn, the last human private detective living in a futuristic world shared by humans and aliens. The voice cast includes Sam Rockwell as Ray Gunn, Scarlett Johansson as famous pop star Venus Nova, and Tom Waits as Eyera, Ray’s one-eyed alien partner. The film is set to release on Netflix on December 18, 2026.
