Wild Horse Nine (Film)

Wild Horse Nine is a 2026 black comedy written and directed by Martin McDonagh, starring John Malkovich, Sam Rockwell, Steve Buscemi, Tom Waits, and Parker Posey. Set shortly before the 1973 Chilean coup, the film follows CIA officers Chris and Lee as they are sent from Santiago to Easter Island, where their troubled pasts and a growing conspiracy threaten to derail their mission. The film premiered in competition at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival and is set for theatrical release in the UK and U.S. on November 6 through Searchlight Pictures.
