Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas Reportedly Call It Quits After Less Than a Year – Here’s Why

Hollywood star Tom Cruise and actress Ana de Armas have reportedly ended their relationship after less than nine months together, according to The Sun.

Cruise, 63, and de Armas, 37, were first linked earlier this year and made their romance public in the spring.

A source close to the pair told The Sun, “Tom and Ana had a good time together but their time as a couple has run its course. They are going to remain good friends but they aren’t dating anymore.”

“They just realised they weren’t going to go the distance and that they are better off as mates. The spark had gone between them but they still love each other’s company and they’ve both been really adult about it. She’s already been cast in his next film, so they will continue to work together.” They said.

The couple shared several high-profile outings this year. They were seen holding hands during a trip to Vermont, and Cruise took de Armas to Madrid on his private jet in April. For her 37th birthday, the pair traveled to London by helicopter for a night out.

They also attended David Beckham’s 50th birthday party in May and went to an Oasis concert at Wembley Stadium during the summer. A trip to Spain saw them enjoying time on a yacht together.

The two actors are set to appear in the supernatural thriller Deeper, and were recently spotted in London rehearsing for the film. However, reports suggest the project is currently on hold. The Sun also noted that Cruise and de Armas have plans to collaborate on another movie with the working title Pressure.

While their romantic relationship has ended, it appears their professional connection will continue.
