The scene in question arrives during the finale’s Harrenhal sequence, when Aegon, played by Glynn-Carney, finally reunites with his brother Aemond, played by Ewan Mitchell, after Aegon’s presumed death and dramatic return astride his dragon Sunfyre. Aemond, in disbelief, insists it cannot be him, that he must be dead, only for Aegon to slap him across the face and declare, “I’m ALIVE!” before adding a beat later, “Imbecile.”
