The new trailer for Season 2 of Fallout has arrived, giving fans their first look at Macaulay Culkin in a role that makes him almost unrecognizable.

Based on the popular video game series, Fallout follows survivors navigating a dangerous post-apocalyptic world. The second season picks up after the events of the first, taking viewers through the Mojave wasteland and the ruined city of New Vegas.

Amazon’s official synopsis describes the story as: “Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two-hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.”

The trailer shows new factions, familiar locations, and fan-favorite characters from the video games, including Mr. House, played by Justin Theroux. Observant viewers have also noticed Culkin in what appears to be a Caesar’s Legion uniform, hinting at his role in the story. The season takes inspiration from the acclaimed Fallout: New Vegas game, featuring groups such as the Greasers and the New California Republic.

Season 2 of Fallout is set to premiere on December 17, with new episodes releasing weekly until the finale on February 4, 2026.
