‘Where Winds Meet’ – New ‘Coming 2025’ Trailer Shows Off Epic Open World Wuxia Adventure
A brand-new “Coming 2025” trailer for Where Winds Meet has just been released, giving players another look at this stunning open-world Wuxia game. Developed by Everstone Studios and published by NetEase, the game takes players on an epic journey through ancient China during a time of war and change.
Where Winds Meet is set during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period after the fall of the Tang dynasty. It was a chaotic time in Chinese history, full of power struggles, conflict, and shifting kingdoms. In this world, players step into the role of a young sword master searching for answers about their past and their destiny.
The game features a large and beautiful open world — 20 square kilometers of land to explore. Players can travel from peaceful villages and wild forests to dangerous mountains and lively cities. The world is full of life, and players can do many different things like:
- Learn skills like medicine and cooking
- Solve puzzles
- Play ancient Chinese instruments
- Take part in drinking games
- Interact with many different people
The world also changes with the weather and natural disasters, making every moment feel real.
Combat in Where Winds Meet is inspired by Wuxia, the classic martial arts stories of China. Players can choose from different weapons like swords, spears, fans, and even umbrellas. You can also use bows for long-range attacks or sneak past enemies using stealth.
