Zendaya’s Wax Statue Unveiled in NYC Complete with Tom Holland Engagement Ring
Madame Tussauds has unveiled a new wax figure of Zendaya at its New York City location, and fans are already calling it “stunningly realistic.”
The figure shows the actress in a black two-piece gown, inspired by the outfit she wore to a Dune: Part Two fan event in Mexico City in early 2024. Even though Zendaya wasn’t engaged to Tom Holland at the time of that event, the museum added a detailed replica of her horizontal oval diamond ring to the statue.
“Zendaya has earned her place among today’s most recognizable and respected stars,” said Tiago Mogadouro, general manager of Madame Tussauds New York. “This figure is a tribute to her lasting impact on both entertainment and fashion.”
This isn’t Zendaya’s first wax figure. Over a decade ago, she helped Madame Tussauds create two earlier figures. One went to San Francisco and the other to Orlando.
At the time, she said, “This is a major, major honor and it’s so cool to have it in the Bay, where I’m from. This is the best trip ever. I get to be home and be with my people … and also my twins!”
Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be a busy year for Zendaya. She will return for the highly anticipated third season of Euphoria. She also has a role in Kristoffer Borgli’s The Drama, alongside Robert Pattinson, arriving in April.
Later in the summer, she stars as Athena in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, set for release in July.
