Katy Perry Faces One Mishap After Another in Chaotic ‘Bandaids’ Video Teaser
Katy Perry’s new music video seems to take the idea of bad luck to a whole new level. In a short preview for her upcoming song “Bandaids,” the pop star faces one wild disaster after another, turning the clip into a chaotic chain of mishaps.

The sneak peek shows Katy getting her hand stuck in a garbage disposal, falling from a tree after cutting the wrong branch, and face-planting at the top of an escalator. Things only get worse when she’s seen sitting outside a café as the windows suddenly explode, sending glass everywhere.
In other scenes, Katy gets electrocuted near some gas tanks and later hit by a falling log from a truck in front of her car. The chaos ends with her lighting a cigarette, and half the street blowing up in flames.
Fans were quick to react online after the preview dropped, with many comparing it to the Final Destination movies because of its over-the-top chain of accidents.
The “Bandaids” video will be released Thursday at 7 p.m. ET, along with the song itself. This is Katy’s first new track since her album 143, which came out last September. That album debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 and featured songs like “Woman’s World,” “Lifetimes,” and “I’m His, He’s Mine” featuring Doechii.
At the time of publication, Katy’s team had not confirmed whether “Bandaids” is a stand-alone single or part of a new project.
