Netflix’s live-action One Piece is adding two more characters to its Season 3 cast. Actors Awdo Awdo and Daisy Head have joined the series, taking on the roles of Mr. 1 and Miss Doublefinger. Both are currently filming in Cape Town, where production for the third season is underway.

One Piece is based on the best-selling Japanese manga by Eiichiro Oda. The story follows Monkey D. Luffy and his crew, the Straw Hats, as they sail the seas searching for the legendary treasure known as the One Piece. Luffy’s dream is to become King of the Pirates.

The upcoming third season comes after Season 2, which promises bigger challenges and more dangerous adventures. According to Netflix, the crew will navigate the Grand Line, a treacherous stretch of sea full of strange islands and strong enemies. Season 2 is set to premiere on March 10.

The main cast returns for the next season. Iñaki Godoy plays Luffy, Mackenyu is Zoro, Emily Rudd is Nami, Jacob Romero is Usopp, and Taz Skylar plays Sanji. Charithra Chandran also returns as Miss Wednesday. Several Season 2 cast members are promoted to series regulars for Season 3, including Mikaela Hoover as Chopper, Joe Manganiello as Mr. 0 (Crocodile), Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, and Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra.

Season 3 will also introduce new faces. Cole Escola joins as Bon Clay, and Xolo Maridueña will play Portgas D. Ace, Luffy’s older brother. With the addition of Mr. 1 and Miss Doublefinger, the series appears ready to bring more of the manga’s iconic villains to life.
