First Look at Marty McFly and the DeLorean for Chapter 7 in ‘Fortnite’ Leaked
Fortnite players are buzzing after new artwork for the upcoming Zero Hour event revealed a major surprise: the DeLorean from Back to the Future. The image, which spread quickly online, hinted that the iconic time-traveling car will take part in this weekend’s massive live event.
The reveal has sparked huge excitement, especially because the event was already expected to be one of Fortnite’s biggest.
Characters like Superman, Godzilla, Kong, the Power Rangers, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Simpsons, and others have already been confirmed for the crossover. But the appearance of the DeLorean pushed fan hype even higher.
Not long after the teaser dropped, Epic Games released the first look at the Chapter 7 Battle Pass. The preview confirmed two major collaborations at launch. One is the Bride from Kill Bill. The other is a fan-favorite surprise: Marty McFly, played by Michael J. Fox in the classic films.

A short clip shared online shows Marty in the driver’s seat of the DeLorean, confirming he will be involved in the Zero Hour live event and will also be part of the new season. Players will be able to use a Marty McFly skin, though Epic has not yet said when it will unlock. Many fans believe he may end up being the season’s “secret skin,” which normally arrives later in the season.
The leak was posted on X by user @Loolo_WRLD, who shared the early look at the new content.
