The carefully curated image of the Beckham family appears to be crumbling, leaving the matriarch of the clan in a state of absolute devastation. Following a blistering public attack by her eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, Victoria Beckham is reportedly heartbroken and struggling to cope with the fallout.

Sources close to the family have revealed that the fashion designer has been left “on the floor” by the severity of the allegations leveled against her and her husband, David.

Brooklyn took to Instagram on Monday, January 19, to unleash a series of damaging claims regarding his upbringing and his parents’ involvement in his marriage. The 26-year-old accused his family of attempting to control him and fabricating a public image that does not match reality. According to insiders speaking to The Mirror, the ferocity of the post has caught the family completely off guard.

“Everyone is in shock,” the source explained. “But Victoria is totally in pieces over this.” The insider went on to describe a scene of panic within the Beckham household, noting, “Victoria is on the floor, shocked to pieces that her son would do this.”

The primary concern for David and Victoria extends beyond just emotional hurt; they fear for the future of their business empire. The source noted that the couple is terrified that Brooklyn’s claims of “falseness and pretend relationships” could dismantle “Brand Beckham.” They are reportedly anxious about what further secrets their son might choose to reveal in the coming days.

Among the most shocking accusations was Brooklyn’s claim that his parents tried to force him to sign away the rights to his own name. “Weeks before our big day, my parents repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name, which would have affected me, my wife, and our future children,” Brooklyn wrote. This legal maneuvering allegedly took place just prior to his 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz.

The rift seems to be heavily centered on the relationship between the Beckhams and Nicola. Despite Brooklyn taking full ownership of his statement, his parents allegedly believe his wife is the mastermind behind the rebellion. “They’re still blaming Nicola, feeling she had put him up to this, and it’s all to do with her; they’re constantly blaming Nicola,” the source claimed.

However, Brooklyn has anticipated this narrative and preemptively shut it down, labeling such blame as misogynistic. Sources close to the aspiring chef have criticized the idea that Nicola is controlling him.

“This narrative is so sexist and misogynistic, and he does not stand for his wife being vilified in this way,” insiders supporting Brooklyn stated. “It’s a story as old as time: blame the woman for the man’s actions. It’s just deeply insulting.”

The drama also revisited the infamous wedding dress controversy. Brooklyn’s camp asserts that Victoria pulled out of making Nicola’s dress at the last minute, causing a “huge panic.”

Additionally, sources addressed claims of Victoria acting inappropriately at the wedding, stating, “Victoria, it doesn’t matter if she was drunk, she said it was a bit of fun – it was highly embarrassing.”

The situation is being compared to the royal exit of Prince Harry, with insiders calling this “Prince Harry 2.0.” David Beckham, who was recently knighted, is reportedly furious that these allegations of fraudulence could taint his new honor. “He may have just been knighted, but this could ruin everything; it accuses the family of being a fraud,” the source warned.

Brooklyn Beckham has spent much of his adult life trying to find a niche outside of his parents’ massive shadow. After dabbling in photography with the release of his book What I See, he pivoted to the culinary world. He launched an online cooking series, Cookin’ with Brooklyn, which featured him preparing meals for celebrity friends, though it faced criticism for its high production costs.

Nicola Peltz Beckham is an actress and director who is the daughter of billionaire investor Nelson Peltz. She gained early fame for her role in the A&E Psycho prequel series Bates Motel and starred in the blockbuster Transformers: Age of Extinction. Recently, she made her directorial debut with the independent drama Lola, a project she also wrote and starred in, showcasing a shift toward more personal storytelling.

We want to hear if you think Brooklyn is justified in exposing the family secrets to protect his wife or if these disputes should have remained behind closed doors in the comments.
