A$AP Rocky Reveals How He Keeps the Heat Hot with Rihanna

A$AP Rocky is opening up about how he and Rihanna keep their relationship strong, even with three young kids at home. The rapper, 37, and the global superstar welcomed their first daughter, Rocki Irish, in September 2025, joining sons RZA, three, and Riot, two. Despite the chaos of raising children under four, Rocky says making time for each other is a top priority.

Speaking on The Ebro Show in January 2026, Rocky shared how he and Rihanna keep the spark alive. You got to spice it up. You got to still date. You got to still be friends, he said. The couple enjoys playing games together, from dice to cards, and Rocky joked about Rihanna’s competitive streak. We roll dice. We play cards… she a cheater. We be playing crazy eights. I love that girl to death, he added.

Fatherhood, especially to a daughter, has had a big impact on Rocky. He described himself as vulnerable and born again, saying that having a daughter has given him a new respect for women.

Watching Rihanna with their children has deepened his love for her. She got all my looks. She is the girl version of me, man, he said with a smile, describing their daughter Rocki. He also praised the changes a woman goes through during motherhood, calling them mind-boggling.

While Rocky balances music, family, and work, Rihanna has been thriving in business and fashion. She recently expanded Fenty Beauty’s retail presence through a deal with Space NK, and her lingerie brand continues to grow.

Rocky is celebrating the release of his fourth studio album, Don’t Be Dumb, which came out on January 16, and features a Tim Burton-designed cover and a music video starring Winona Ryder. He is preparing for a world tour starting in Chicago in May and continues to work as PUMA’s Creative Director for their Formula 1 partnership.
