Margot Robbie Sets the After-Party on Fire with Wild Dance Moves at ‘Wuthering Heights’ Premiere
Margot Robbie brought the party vibes to the after-party following the Los Angeles premiere of Wuthering Heights this week. The 35-year-old actress joined co-star Jacob Elordi and her husband Tom Ackerley at Mother Wolf, a trendy Hollywood restaurant, for a lively celebration. After wowing fans on the red carpet, Robbie turned heads again in a striking vintage Roberto Cavalli dress from the fall/winter 2004 collection.
The silk gown was a mix of red and gold baroque prints, with a fitted bustier top, ruffled sleeves, and a thigh-high hem. Robbie completed the look with gold heels, a black choker, and a vintage Manolo Blahnik bag. Elordi opted for a sharp black suit with a cummerbund, while Ackerley looked dapper in a classic tuxedo. Witnesses said Robbie danced freely in the middle of the ballroom, clearly enjoying the night.

The premiere celebrated the release of Robbie’s adaptation of Emily Brontë’s classic novel, in which she stars as Catherine Earnshaw opposite Elordi’s Heathcliff. Directed by Emerald Fennell, the film has already drawn attention for the chemistry between the leads and its modern take on the gothic story.
Robbie spoke recently about her connection with Elordi during filming, telling Fandango, “I’m so co-dependent with people I work with and I love everyone so much and I’m always that person who’s so devastated when a job’s over. I think I developed that quite quickly with Jacob too.”
2026 is shaping up to be a busy year for Robbie. In addition to promoting Wuthering Heights, she is in post-production on the Ocean’s Eleven prequel alongside Ryan Gosling and preparing for a film adaptation of The Sims. Elordi is also at a career high, fresh off Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein and with several upcoming projects, including the thriller The Dog Stars.
Wuthering Heights is set to hit theaters on February 13. The cast includes Hong Chau and Shazad Latif, and the film features a modern, edgy soundtrack. Early reviews have praised Fennell’s direction for bringing the story into the present while keeping its dark, romantic tone intact.
With the premiere behind them, Robbie, Elordi, and the team are now focused on the film’s global release. From her red carpet appearances to her energetic dancing at the after-party, Robbie continues to balance her career in front of and behind the camera with style and charisma.
