Olivia Wilde was spotted showing off her fit figure as she stepped out after a workout in Studio City, California. The sighting happened on Friday, January 30, when the actress and director was photographed leaving a Tracy Anderson gym class, according to paparazzi photos shared by entertainment outlets.
Wilde, 41, appeared relaxed and confident as she left the studio. She wore a black sports bra that showed her toned abs, along with matching black leggings, sneakers, and dark sunglasses. She flashed a slight smirk as she headed out after what appeared to be an intense workout session.
The gym outing came just days after Wilde spent time in Utah for the 2026 Sundance Film Festival. While at Sundance, she attended the premiere of her latest film, The Invite. During the event, Wilde made headlines for wearing an “ICE Out” pin on the red carpet.
Speaking to reporters at the festival, she explained her stance, saying, The world is hurting right now and this country is hurting and it’s appalling. She added, If we can do anything out here to support the movement to cast ICE out, to delegitimize this unbelievably criminal organization, then that’s what we should be doing.
Around the same time, new details surfaced about Wilde’s personal life. According to a recent report citing a source close to the couple, Wilde and her boyfriend Caspar Jopling are becoming more serious.
The insider said the two are getting serious and noted that Jopling has already introduced Wilde to his family and friends. Wilde also hinted at the relationship by sharing photos on Instagram from Sundance, including one image that showed the couple hugging.
Wilde and Jopling, a 33-year-old art dealer, were first linked in September 2025 after being seen together in London and later in New York. Jopling was previously married to singer Ellie Goulding, with whom he shares a son. Wilde shares two children, Otis and Daisy, with her former fiancé Jason Sudeikis.
On the career front, Wilde is enjoying renewed success. Her third film as a director, The Invite, sparked a reported 72-hour bidding war at Sundance before being picked up by A24, according to industry reports. The film stars Wilde alongside Seth Rogen, Penélope Cruz, and Edward Norton and is based on the Spanish movie Sentimental. The story centers on two couples whose dinner night spirals out of control after an unexpected proposal.
