Margot Robbie Steals the Spotlight in Eye-Catching Floral Corset at Wuthering Heights London Event
Margot Robbie is once again using fashion to tell a story as she continues promoting her new film Wuthering Heights in London.
The actress was photographed this week wearing a floral corset top during press appearances in the city. The look mixed old-school corset style with a modern twist and quickly caught attention online. Film Crave shared photos from the event on X, where fans praised the outfit and the clear connection to the film’s dark, romantic tone.

Robbie spoke about the movie during her London radio interviews on February 4. She teased what audiences can expect and sounded confident about the project. Just you wait, it’s bananas, it’s great, it’s brilliant, she said, according to reporters who attended the interviews. She explained that her fashion choices during the press tour are not random. They are tied closely to the mindset of her character, Catherine Earnshaw.
She also gave credit to her stylist, Andrew Mukamal, for helping shape the look of the tour. Robbie said Mukamal worked closely with the film’s costume designer, Jacqueline Durran, to make sure everything felt connected to the movie. He’s a history major, he really enjoys delving deep, Robbie said, referring to his research into Emily Brontë’s original 1847 novel.
The London appearance comes after a busy few days for the actress. Earlier stops on the press tour included Paris, where she wore a deep burgundy velvet gown by Chanel, and Los Angeles, where she appeared in a dramatic Schiaparelli look. Each outfit has leaned into a gothic romance style with rich fabrics, lace details, and strong silhouettes.
Wuthering Heights is being described by the studio as a bold and modern take on the classic novel. The film is directed by Emerald Fennell and features music by Charli XCX. Jacob Elordi stars opposite Robbie as Heathcliff, with Hong Chau and Shazad Latif also part of the cast. Early talk around the film suggests strong interest ahead of its release.
Outside of acting, Robbie has also been busy behind the scenes. Her company, LuckyChap Entertainment, recently wrapped work on A Big Bold Beautiful Journey with Colin Farrell. She is also producing a live-action version of The Sims and is still attached to star in a new Ocean’s Eleven prequel with Ryan Gosling, according to industry reports.
Elordi is also having a packed year. Alongside Wuthering Heights, he recently appeared in Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein and will return for the next season of Euphoria. Director Emerald Fennell has already praised the connection between the two leads, calling their on-screen energy strong.
Wuthering Heights is scheduled to hit theaters on February 13, just ahead of Valentine’s Day weekend.
Robbie clearly understands how fashion can build hype and deepen interest in a film. Her approach feels planned and smart, not forced. It keeps people talking long before the movie opens.
