The London premiere of Wuthering Heights turned into a major fashion moment, and all eyes were on Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi. The two stars arrived at the event on February 5, and instantly became the most talked-about part of the night. The film, directed by Emerald Fennell, is set to hit theaters soon, and the buzz around it is only getting louder.

According to reports from the London premiere and interviews shared by the film’s press team, Robbie chose one of her boldest red carpet looks yet. She stepped out in a daring naked dress that showed off her confidence and matched the dark, intense mood of the movie. The look was dramatic but clean, and it quickly went viral online. Fans and fashion watchers praised her for taking risks and owning the moment.

Jacob Elordi kept things calmer but just as stylish. He went with a soft, neutral outfit that included tailored pieces and a long coat. His look was simple, sharp, and very controlled. Standing next to Robbie, the two looked like a modern gothic couple, which fit perfectly with the tone of the film.

The movie itself is a new take on Emily Brontë’s classic novel. This version leans hard into emotion, obsession, and desire. Director Emerald Fennell has spoken openly about what drew her to the story. In a recent interview, she said what I wanted to make was something that distilled the feeling that I had when I was 14, when I read it. It’s what it is to be in love to a catastrophic degree. That quote has been widely shared by outlets covering the film.

Robbie has also talked about the experience of filming the movie, especially the outdoor scenes. In comments reported during the press tour, she described the setting as intense and romantic, saying it’s so epic in nature, so incredibly romantic, and it really is this stunning world that makes you just want to be there.

The film stars Robbie as Catherine Earnshaw and Elordi as Heathcliff. The cast also includes Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, and Ewan Mitchell. The movie is set for release on February 13, just in time for Valentine’s Day weekend.

Both leads are also busy outside this project. Robbie continues to produce films through LuckyChap Entertainment, while Elordi has several major roles lined up following his recent success.

From the red carpet to the screen, this premiere made it clear that Wuthering Heights is aiming to be bold, emotional, and impossible to ignore.
