Grace and Anna Van Patten are turning heads again, this time in a sizzling new feature for Interview Magazine.

Photographed by Bryce Anderson and styled by Mel Ottenberg, the sisters show off a mix of edgy fashion and intimate, playful moments that highlight their natural connection. The shoot captures both their glamour and their distinct personalities, proving why they’re becoming one of Hollywood’s most talked-about sibling duos.

The feature includes a candid conversation about growing up together in Brooklyn and how their shared childhood shaped their careers. Anna recalled a recurring nightmare from her youth, saying, I used to have really bad sleep paralysis where I was visited by the same demon. Grace added with a laugh, She drew it, and it’s actually the scariest drawing you’ve ever seen. It’s like a lady with long fingers. Their stories give fans a glimpse into the creativity and bond that fuels their work.

The sisters have also been working together on screen. They appeared in Hulu’s true-crime miniseries The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox, where Grace played Amanda and Anna portrayed her sister Deanna. Grace described it as her most challenging role yet and said having Anna by her side helped her stay grounded: The comforting part about doing a show for three seasons is that it just lives in there.

Grace is also starring in the third season of Tell Me Lies, which premiered in January 2026. She continues to play Lucy Albright, navigating a complicated college romance alongside her real-life partner Jackson White. The show has been a hit on Hulu and has further cemented her status as a leading actress capable of carrying intense, character-driven stories.

Anna is building her own momentum, set to appear in the upcoming third season of HBO’s Euphoria. While details about her character are still under wraps, she’s expected to have a major role. Her credits, including Gossip Girl and guest appearances on Law & Order: SVU, show her range and adaptability in both drama and procedural roles.

Coming from a well-known Hollywood family, the daughters of director Timothy Van Patten and nieces of the late Dick Van Patten, the sisters have been clear that they want to succeed on their own terms. Grace admitted to Interview Magazine, The slim chance of being famous has almost pushed me to stop, showing that even rising stars face the pressures of the spotlight.
