Exercise is a key part of her routine. Richards credits her toned core to hiking, dance, and Pilates. She notes that the Pilates reformer was the only way she could regain a flat stomach after two C-sections. For her, consistency is the key. Work out for your own body, not for trends, she advises.

According to Richards, a half-hour session is the equivalent of 20,000 sit-ups, making it a powerful addition to her workouts. After a challenging 2025, Denise says she is feeling like herself again.
