Sophie Turner has officially hit a new milestone, turning 30, and she celebrated the occasion in style. On February 24, the actress shared a glimpse of her birthday festivities on Instagram, giving fans a peek at the fun she had on February 21.

She captioned the post simply, “So this is 30….. I think I like it so far.” The milestone comes at a turning point in Turner’s career, as she continues to step away from the child star image she gained during her decade-long role as Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones.
That role brought her global recognition and an Emmy nomination, but in recent years, Turner has taken on darker and more complex characters. Most recently, she reunited with her former Game of Thrones co-star Kit Harington in the Gothic horror film The Dreadful.
Fans were surprised to see the duo as romantic partners rather than siblings, and their chemistry added depth to the 15th-century thriller. Turner is also preparing for one of her most physically demanding roles yet. She was recently confirmed as the new Lara Croft for Amazon’s Tomb Raider series, with Phoebe Waller-Bridge, creator of Fleabag, directing.

Despite her busy schedule and co-parenting her daughters, Willa and Delphine, she is making time to reconnect with friends and enjoy life.
