Hugh Jackman (57) and Sutton Foster (50) Spotted at LAX Amid Marriage Rumor Buzz
Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster were seen arriving at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday, looking happier than ever. The couple appeared close and affectionate as they made their way through the terminal.
While it’s not clear where they were coming from, both stars seemed in good spirits. Foster smiled warmly at Jackman, who was wearing a black mask but clearly returned her affection with a bright look in his eyes.
Both dressed casually for the outing. Jackman wore black pants, a beige hoodie, gray sneakers, and a black baseball cap, while Foster sported black sweatpants, a black top under a yellow cardigan, and a floaty scarf. Jackman carried a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee as they walked.
The sighting comes amid growing speculation about a potential wedding. According to New Idea magazine, Jackman has reportedly refused to consider a prenup with the Broadway star. An insider told the publication, “He won’t even entertain the idea. He finds it offensive.” Jackman’s fortune is estimated at $170 million, compared to Foster’s $4 million, but sources claim he has no worries about sharing his wealth with a future spouse.
Sources close to the couple say the wedding is expected to take place once Foster’s divorce from Ted Griffin is finalized. “[Hugh’s] told his team to keep a big window open for him and Sutton to tie the knot and have a ‘honeymoon tour’ of Europe, where they can see his mum,” the insider told New Idea. The ceremony is said to be small and intimate, planned for spring or summer in New York, with friends from the theater community invited.
The couple, who went red-carpet official at the 2025 AFI Fest in Hollywood in October 2025, are reportedly also searching for a marital home in an upscale suburb outside New York, including Bedford.
Jackman’s relationship with Foster began after his split from his wife of 27 years, Deborra-Lee Furness. Recent reports suggest that attempts at peaceful communication with Furness ended after she was reportedly upset by Jackman’s public displays of affection with Foster.
Jackman may have missed an Oscar nomination for Song Sung Blue co-starring Kate Hudson, but his personal life appears full of excitement and new beginnings.
