Margot Robbie is the face of Chanel’s new limited-edition Rouge Allure Velvet Rendezvous lipstick collection, and she marked the launch with a series of stunning new photos for the brand. The campaign focuses on the idea of a simple but powerful moment — the click of a lipstick case opening.

Speaking about the concept, Robbie said, “A click is that moment of clarity when you see a new perspective.” She explained that the campaign reflects those points in life when things suddenly make sense. “This story is about those moments in life where everything just clicks,” she added.

In the photos, Robbie wears a bold red shade from the collection called Rouge Charnel. The color is rich and strong, designed to stand out. The lineup also includes a brick red, a dusty red, three brown-toned nude shades, a soft pink, and a light orange. According to the brand, the shades are meant to match different moods and occasions.

As described in the campaign, there is “a powerful fire red for an unforgettable time; a brown rosewood for a warm, welcoming feeling; or a powdery pink to keep things natural.”

The formula has a soft matte finish. Chanel says the pigments are concentrated to give deep color while still feeling smooth on the lips. Each lipstick is paired with a matching Le Crayon Lèvres lip pencil. The liner is designed for clean edges and precise shape. It can also be layered under the lipstick to boost the intensity or mixed with another shade for contrast.

The packaging connects to Chanel’s jewelry heritage. The gold base of the lipstick features engraved lines inspired by the Coco Crush design. The detail gives the product a luxury feel and ties beauty to the house’s broader style identity.

Robbie’s new campaign images highlight both the makeup and her connection to the brand. The photos focus on close-up beauty shots and clean styling, keeping attention on the lip color and the act of opening the lipstick. The click becomes part of the message — a small action that signals confidence and self-expression.

The limited-edition collection is positioned as more than just makeup. It is presented as a reminder to enjoy the present moment. Robbie repeated the core message clearly: “A click is that moment of clarity when you see a new perspective on things.”
