Dakota Johnson Spotted After High Energy Dance Class in Los Angeles
Dakota Johnson was spotted starting her Tuesday with a workout in Studio City. The actress was seen leaving the Tracy Anderson Gym on March 3 after finishing a morning dance class. Photos from the outing show her looking relaxed and calm after breaking a sweat.
Johnson, who is 36, wore a white sports bra and black leggings as she headed back to her car. The weather appeared pleasant, a nice change from the rainy conditions Los Angeles has dealt with recently.
Just weeks ago, she was photographed heading to workouts during heavy rain, showing that bad weather doesn’t stop her from sticking to her routine. Her gym outing comes shortly after some major career news.
According to reports confirmed last week, Johnson has signed on for a new film called Three Incestuous Sisters. The project has already drawn attention for its bold concept and impressive cast.
At the same time, two of Johnson’s recent films are now available to stream. Her romantic drama Materialists, released in 2025, is currently streaming on Max. The film was directed by Celine Song and stars Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans alongside Johnson. It earned more than $100 million worldwide before moving to streaming.
Another recent release, the comedy Splitsville, is now streaming on Hulu. The movie premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and received positive reviews. In the film, Johnson plays a woman navigating modern relationships and open marriages, alongside Adria Arjona and Michael Angelo Covino.

Looking ahead, Three Incestuous Sisters is set to begin filming in April. The movie is directed by Alice Rohrwacher and is inspired by a gothic novel by Audrey Niffenegger. Johnson will star with Saoirse Ronan, Jessie Buckley, and Josh O’Connor.
The script was written by Rohrwacher and author Ottessa Moshfegh. Johnson also has another major project on the way. She is set to star in Verity, a psychological thriller based on the bestselling novel by Colleen Hoover.
The film will feature Anne Hathaway and Josh Hartnett and is expected to be one of the biggest releases of the year. Beyond acting, Johnson continues to work behind the scenes through her production company, TeaTime Pictures.
She has been focused on developing character-driven stories and expanding her role as a producer. Between early morning workouts and a packed work schedule, Dakota Johnson appears to be balancing her personal wellness with a busy and successful career.
