Lily Allen (40) Shows off Transformation in Lingerie Following Divorce and Surgery

Lily Allen is the new face of the Italian lingerie brand Intimissimi, and her latest campaign has already grabbed attention. The 40-year-old singer shows off glamorous, 1960s-inspired looks with a tall beehive hairstyle and bold winged eyeliner.

The campaign features Allen in a range of settings, from a relaxed bed scene wearing black and white lace sets to a hotel bathroom where she models a silky brown nightgown. One striking outfit pairs a black pencil skirt with a mesh top over a lace balconette bra, creating a daring but elegant look.

This fashion project comes after Allen openly shared her experiences with cosmetic surgery. On the Miss Me? podcast earlier this year, she revealed that she had breast augmentation shortly before turning 40.

Talking with her friend Miquita Oliver, she said, “How do I feel about aging? I just got some additions to the family – don’t know if you’d noticed.” She explained that she is waiting for the implants to fully settle, a process doctors call “dropping and fluffing.”

Allen also hinted at the possibility of more procedures, mentioning she might get a Brazilian Butt Lift. She told Perfect magazine that recent weight changes made her feel “out of proportion,” and the surgery helped her feel more balanced. “And so I felt like, why not gift myself a get-out clause? Make it feel more enticing,” she said, crediting Dr. Steven Levine for the work.

Outside of fashion, Allen has been busy in music. Her fifth studio album, West End Girl, came out in October 2025 and tells the story of her divorce from Stranger Things actor David Harbour.

The album was reportedly written in just ten days and explores betrayal, heartbreak, and starting over in a new city. It reached number two on the UK Albums Chart and earned a Brit Award nomination for British Album of the Year.

Songs like Madeline and Pu**y Palace have resonated with fans for their honesty and emotion. Allen is currently touring with her “Lily Allen Performs West End Girl” tour, performing the album in sequence in theaters and arenas.

She’s also in talks to adapt the album into a stage musical or play-with-music, building on her acting experience in 2:22 A Ghost Story and The Pillowman. Allen recently made headlines for revealing that she earns more from selling photos of her feet to subscribers than from her millions of Spotify listeners.

“Don’t hate the player, hate the game,” she told a critic, pointing out how artists are finding new ways to make money in the digital era. From lingerie campaigns to music and theater, Lily Allen is embracing a busy and bold year while navigating both her personal and professional life.
