Suki Waterhouse is stepping into a bold new chapter of her music career with her latest single, “Back in Love,” which dropped on March 27. The music video shows her in a look that’s glamorous, eye-catching, and full of nostalgic vibes. She mixes 1970s rock energy with modern runway style, creating a fashion statement that is hard to miss.

In the video, Waterhouse wears a floor-length “naked dress” made from a diamond-shaped net covered in hundreds of sparkling crystals. The dress moves with her, catching the lights and creating a shimmering effect as she performs.

On top of the sheer dress, she layers a big, pale pink feathered coat, adding softness and volume to the outfit. The mix of sparkling jewels and airy feathers fits perfectly with the song’s psychedelic pop sound.

Underneath the netting, she wears simple, neutral undergarments, making sure the focus stays on the dress itself. The video, directed by Kaz Firpo, shows her singing and dancing into a classic microphone while the feathers sway along with the song’s horn-filled melody.

This release is a major moment for the 34-year-old artist. It marks her first single with Island Records and kicks off a new era leading up to her rumored album, FYI. Waterhouse has been having a busy March.

She recently appeared at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party with her longtime partner, Robert Pattinson, wearing a show-stopping Tamara Ralph Haute Couture dress from Paris. She also attended the Los Angeles premiere of the A24 thriller The Drama on March 17, a film starring Pattinson and Zendaya as a couple whose wedding week goes completely wrong.

Besides music and acting, Waterhouse is the face of the Michael Kors Spring campaign, appearing in sun-soaked Saint Tropez photos under the theme “Riviera Glam.” Looking ahead, she is set to perform at Lollapalooza this summer, likely showcasing new songs from her upcoming album.

On top of that, she is exploring new acting roles after her praised performance in Daisy Jones & The Six. Waterhouse’s mix of music, fashion, and acting shows that she can succeed in many creative worlds at once. Whether she’s rocking avant-garde couture or dropping a psych-rock anthem, her ability to merge music, style, and acting continues to impress.
