Nikki Glaser Reveals the Unexpected Gift from Leonardo DiCaprio After Golden Globes Roast
Nikki Glaser is getting a lot of attention again after her latest run as host of the Golden Globes. Her sharp jokes and fearless style stood out, and many viewers say she handled the room better than most hosts in recent years.

During the show, Nikki had joked about Leonardo DiCaprio’s career and personal life. She pointed out his long list of achievements and added a line about his dating history. She also made fun of how private he is, saying there is very little public information about him.
“Leo, I’m sorry I made that joke, it’s cheap, I tried not to, but we don’t know anything else about you, man,” she said during the event. “There’s, like, nothing else.”
She also brought up an old interview while joking about him. “Open up, I’m serious, I searched… The most in-depth interview you’ve ever given was to Teen Beat magazine in 1991. Is your favorite food still ‘pasta, pasta, and more pasta?’”
Later, on Jimmy Fallon’s show, Nikki explained how she came up with that part of the joke. “There was nothing else to say about him… I was like, ‘Well, that’s kind of funny…this guy doesn’t reveal anything about himself. Let’s find something he’s revealed,’” she said.
DiCaprio appeared to take the joke well. After Nikki sent him flowers, he replied in a way that matched her humor.
“He sent me three baskets of pasta as a ‘thank you,’” she said. “So funny. So good. And part of me was like, ‘Does Leo want to smash?’”
Nikki also joked that she has not heard anything yet from Sean Penn after her comments about him. “I’m waiting for a package from Hermes… Any day now,” she said.
