Millie Bobby Brown’s Bridal Look Revealed in ‘Enola Holmes 3’ First Look
New images from Netflix have revealed a surprising turn in the story of Enola Holmes 3. The pictures suggest that Enola Holmes, played by Millie Bobby Brown, may be heading toward marriage in the new film.
Brown returns as the young detective, known for solving mysteries on her own terms. This time, her journey takes her to Malta, where she is set to handle a new and more serious case. The early images show her dressed in a wedding gown with her face covered by a veil, hinting at a major personal moment in the story.
The photos also point to Lord Tewkesbury, played by Louis Partridge, as the likely groom. In one preview, he appears to be proposing, and Enola looks caught off guard. Their relationship seems to play a bigger role in this film compared to earlier ones.
At the same time, the story still keeps its usual danger. Some scenes show Enola in risky situations, including one where she is surrounded by fire, suggesting the case she is working on could be life-threatening.

Several familiar characters are also coming back. Helena Bonham Carter returns as Enola’s mother, Eudoria Holmes. Henry Cavill is once again Sherlock Holmes, while Himesh Patel reprises his role as Dr. John Watson. Sharon Duncan-Brewster also returns as Mira Troy, a version of Moriarty.
The film is based on the book series by Nancy Springer and adapted for the screen by Jack Thorne. This time, the director is Philip Barantini, taking over from Harry Bradbeer. Brown is also working behind the scenes as a producer.
The new film is expected to bring a mix of mystery, action, and personal changes for Enola, making it one of the most talked-about entries in the series so far.
Adding a possible wedding storyline is an interesting move. It could give more depth to Enola’s character, but it also risks shifting focus away from what made the series popular in the first place. It will depend on how well the story balances her personal life with the mystery. What do you think about this direction for Enola Holmes? Do you like the idea of her getting married, or should the focus stay on her detective work? Share your thoughts in the comments.
