‘Michael’ Star Colman Domingo Shows Off Sculpted Physique in Eye-Catching Men’s Health UK Spread
Colman Domingo is getting attention for a new Men’s Health UK photoshoot that highlights a noticeably lean and athletic look. The feature shows the actor in a range of styled images that mix fitness-focused visuals with high-fashion elements, presenting a version of him that feels both relaxed and sharply put together.
In the shoot, Domingo is seen with a closely trimmed haircut and a full, neatly groomed mustache and beard. Across the images, he wears layered gold chains, including a standout pendant, which adds a bold but simple detail to the overall styling.
Each shot in the spread shows a different mood. In one image, he wears a sleeveless gray zip-up hoodie left open, showing his upper body in a casual fitness-inspired look. In another, he appears shirtless in light athletic shorts, standing with a confident pose that highlights his toned physique.
A more styled image shows him leaning against a pillar in a warehouse-like setting, wearing a camel-colored bathrobe over shorts, paired with white athletic socks and bright red boxing boots. Another shot moves into a more fashion-forward direction, with Domingo wearing a sheer deep blue button-down shirt left open and tucked into tailored dark trousers against a white brick wall.
The magazine feature also explores his personal fitness journey. Domingo speaks about how his approach to health has shifted over time, especially after turning 50. He reflects on rethinking his routine and focusing more on overall wellness rather than just appearance.
He explained his mindset shift by saying, “You look at your lean self and your very natural self and you think, well, maybe I could use a boost.” He also shared that he consulted a doctor to understand his physical condition better and was surprised by the results. “I went to a doctor to see if I would qualify for or need more testosterone, and he told me my testosterone levels were as high as they were when I was 16.”
Instead of chasing heavier muscle growth, Domingo says his focus now is on longevity, recovery, and staying flexible. He also emphasizes rest, especially with his busy travel schedule. “Rest and recovery have become increasingly important in my life,” he said. “Because I travel so much, I need that.”
Alongside the fitness discussion, the feature also touches on his expanding career. Domingo has been active across film and television, including roles in recent high-profile projects and upcoming releases. His work includes appearances in Euphoria, the thriller Dead Man’s Wire, and the Michael biopic where he plays Joe Jackson. He also contributes voice work in animated projects.
Looking ahead, he continues to take on major roles in both acting and directing, with several films in development, including a psychological thriller and planned projects where he will also step behind the camera.
The Men’s Health UK spread presents Domingo not just as a performer, but as someone openly redefining his approach to health, balance, and long-term performance in a demanding industry.
