‘The Devil Wears Prada’ Star Emily Blunt Owns the Red Carpet at ‘Disclosure Day’ Paris Premiere in a Striking, Skin-Baring Look
Emily Blunt made a strong impression at the Paris premiere of Disclosure Day, appearing on the red carpet in a clean, sculpted white outfit that stood out for its sharp design and detailed construction.
The outfit Blunt wore was a full white ensemble that mixed simple structure on top with a much more dramatic lower half. She appeared in a sleeveless fitted white top with a high neckline that framed her shoulders and kept the focus on the clean lines of the look. The styling was minimal on the upper half, which made the rest of the outfit stand out even more.
The skirt was the most eye-catching part of her appearance. It was layered and textured with a cream-white tone that matched the top but added far more movement and volume. The design featured a ruffled structure around the waist that flowed into cascading pleats. One side of the skirt dropped lower than the other, creating a high-low shape that moved naturally as she walked. The overall effect was both sculptural and fluid, giving the outfit a strong fashion-forward presence.
Blunt completed the look with simple white ankle-strap heels. Her jewelry was kept elegant and controlled, featuring diamond cluster earrings and a matching ring. Her hair was pulled into a sleek low bun with a middle part, which kept the focus entirely on the outfit and its structure rather than any loose styling elements.
The Paris premiere marked a major moment for Disclosure Day, a science fiction film directed by Steven Spielberg and written by David Koepp, based on a story by Spielberg. According to production reports, the film began development in 2024 when Spielberg and Koepp started working on a UFO-themed project. Universal Pictures later came on board as distributor, and Emily Blunt was cast in the lead role.
Filming for Disclosure Day took place between February and May 2025 in locations including New York, New Jersey, and Atlanta. The movie features a cast that includes Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, Colman Domingo, and Wyatt Russell, among others. The story centers on a growing government conspiracy and a whistleblower trying to expose a major event involving alien disclosure that could change human history.
In the film, Blunt plays Margaret Fairchild, a Kansas City meteorologist and former journalist who becomes involved in uncovering the truth behind the unfolding events. The character is placed at the center of a global mystery that builds around hidden information and powerful institutions.
At the premiere, the cast gathered at Le Grand Rex, where the film officially screened for the first time on June 2. The movie is set for a wider theatrical release in the United States on June 12.
The premiere event highlighted both the scale of the film and the strong attention it is already receiving ahead of release. Blunt’s appearance added to the moment, with her structured white look fitting the high-profile nature of the night and the futuristic tone of the film itself.
