The gala marked the culmination of a four-day charity road trip that began in Marbella on September 10 and wound through Seville, Trujillo, and Toledo before finally arriving in Madrid. Fifty women traveled across the country in 25 red cars under the motto “Let’s Drive the Change,” raising awareness for female solidarity while collecting donations for the Global Gift Foundation.
By the end of the tour, participants had raised roughly £112,288 for the cause, according to HELLO! Reflecting on the experience, Longoria told the outlet that spending the tour’s conclusion in Madrid alongside the women who had driven from Marbella to raise money for the foundation felt fabulous, adding that she stayed at her favorite spot, The Four Seasons, and enjoyed a dinner with friends and her husband José “Pepe” Bastón the night before the gala, in comments she shared with HELLO!
