Celebrity-backed intimates are suddenly everywhere, but few founders have kept up momentum the way Sydney Sweeney’s SYRN has. Sweeney is the latest celebrity betting on the booming intimates market, and her brand has spent much of 2026 in the spotlight. Its newest release has fans scrolling again.

The brand’s story starts with a loud entrance. SYRN, pronounced like “siren,” launched in late January around 4 themed collections the brand calls worlds: Comfy, Playful, Romantic and Seductress. The debut Seductress collection reportedly sold out within hours, helped by a stunt the night before in which Sweeney’s team draped lingerie over the Hollywood Sign.

The brand’s newest release is the “Send Nudes” collection, a range of neutral-toned underwear. Sweeney introduced it with an Instagram video filmed in front of a mirror, and the selfie-style imagery shared by official account fits that same at-home mood. The look pairs a soft pink cropped cardigan with matching lounge pieces from the new line.

The cardigan is the Keepsake Cropped Cardigan, priced at $59, with scalloped edges, a tiny bow detail and functional buttons. Elsewhere in the collection, the Lazy Mid Rise Sleep Short goes for $39 and the Meet Me Halfway Lightly Lined Plunge Bra for $64. The catalog also includes demi bras, hipsters, balconette bras, bodysuits, garter bands, tanks and high-rise lounge pants.

Pricing remains a central part of the pitch. SYRN’s website currently lists new panties at 3 for $39. The brand offers 44 sizes, ranging from 30B to 42DDD, with most styles under $100.

Each release since January has leaned into a different mood. The Romantic collection’s first drop arrived in early February, the Playful cotton line followed in mid-February, and the Comfy collection launched in March under the “Do What Makes You Naked” banner. More recently, the “Birthday Boobs” collection arrived on Sept. 1, ahead of Sweeney’s 29th birthday, with pastel lingerie and the brand’s first embroidered details.

Sweeney has been the brand’s main model since launch, which keeps her face at the center of every campaign. She has said she wants SYRN to cover more than 1 version of a woman’s life, from dressing up to relaxing at home. She also wants women to decide for themselves how they wear lingerie and who, if anyone, they wear it for.

There is serious money behind the effort. Puck reported that the venture is backed by Ben Schwerin of private equity firm Coatue, with Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez also investing. The Hollywood Sign stunt, meanwhile, put Sweeney at the center of a potential legal dispute before the brand even launched.

The business questions around SYRN are bigger than any single campaign. Inc pointed out that the celebrity intimates space is growing more crowded, and that Sweeney will need more than buzz and bold stunts to stand out. The brand’s structure is one answer, since 4 sequential capsule drops gave SYRN 4 distinct press opportunities and kept coverage active for weeks.

Fans, for their part, have been quick to respond. When SYRN launched, Instagram comments poured in, with 1 fan calling Sweeney the true star of Hollywood. The latest “Send Nudes” push suggests the brand is still finding ways to keep that conversation going.

What happens next will depend on whether SYRN can hold attention once the drops slow down. For now, the strategy is clear: regular releases, a recognizable face and prices designed to bring shoppers in. Whether that is enough to make SYRN a lasting name in the category is the open question.

What do you think of SYRN so far?
