Emma Stone and ‘Dune’ Star Zendaya Steal the Front Row at Louis Vuitton’s Futuristic Paris Fashion Week Finale
Fashion month always ends with a bang, and Paris never disappoints when it comes to star power. The week-long marathon of shows wrapped up this week, and the Louis Vuitton Paris Fashion Week finale gave fans plenty to talk about. As usual, the front row was as much a spectacle as the runway.
eLouis Vuitton closed the Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear season on Tuesday, October 6, in the Cour Carrée du Louvre. Creative director Nicolas Ghesquière unveiled the collection just days after Emmanuel Macron awarded him the insignia of Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur. It capped a month-long marathon that began in New York and moved through London and Milan.
The house’s ambassadors turned out in force, and two of them drew the most attention. Emma Stone and Zendaya both attended, and a short fan clip showing the pair sharing a happy moment at the show quickly spread on X. The 2-second video, posted with the hashtag #LVSS27, shows Zendaya laughing in a ruffled white jacket as Stone, in a bright blue blazer, chats with her.

Zendaya wore an ivory lace jacket over jeans, with a white tank underneath a semi-transparent ruffled layer. Despite the lighter look, she was reportedly feeling the heat on an unseasonably warm October evening. The look drew praise, with AP describing her as wowing in white lace.
Zendaya has been a house ambassador since 2023 and has worn Louis Vuitton to the Met Gala, the Golden Globes and the Paris premiere of ‘Dune: Part Two.’ Few front-row regulars are as closely tied to the label.

Stone, a two-time Oscar winner and longtime Louis Vuitton ambassador, wore a cobalt blue plunging blazer and asymmetric mini skirt from the house. She added black pointed-toe pumps, a small black leather shoulder bag with a gold chain strap and a long silver lariat necklace with star-shaped flower motifs. WWD noted that she posed for pictures before stopping to chat happily with the Haim sisters, with Este Haim breaking into song.
Este had already set the tone, exclaiming “That’s my ride” as she and her sisters arrived at the set. It was a fitting reaction to a show built around travel.

The guest list was long. Pharrell Williams, Jaden Smith, Catherine Deneuve, Felix from Stray Kids and France’s first lady Brigitte Macron sat in the front row, along with Saoirse Ronan, Lisa of BLACKPINK, Ana de Armas, Jennifer Connelly, Rhea Seehorn, Chloë Grace Moretz and Sophie Turner. For the brand, it was a fittingly star-powered finale.
Outlets noted the color coordination, with Turner also embracing blue and Moretz opting for a cropped top and leather pants. Ronan added a pop of color with a sweater and skirt combo.
Ghesquière transformed the Cour Carrée into a retro-futuristic city street, complete with an asphalt catwalk and windowless, wedge-shaped vehicles suspended overhead. The collection, titled “Ergonomie,” focused on lightness. Most of the coats weighed less than a T-shirt, and the palette of grey, silver and yellow echoed an airport runway.
The designer explained the thinking behind the clean look. “I wanted to express a sensation of simplicity, a quest for purity somehow,” he said in a preview reported by WWD. WWD described it as one of his lightest, most approachable and prettiest collections yet.
Part of the appeal is the sheer star wattage, but the fan clip also captured something candid. Two of the house’s best-known faces, caught laughing between photographs, felt more relaxed than the usual red carpet pose. For fans of Stone and Zendaya, who often turn up at the same events, it was a welcome moment.
It also arrived at a time when the competition is buzzing, with Chanel and Dior capitalizing on fresh creative arrivals. Louis Vuitton’s veteran designer got the last word of the season, backed by a front row that guaranteed plenty of coverage.
